place of Spring Break Portugal. A town

colourful and vibrant unlike any other. A town

packed with fun and emotion. A town small

in size but grand at heart; that amazing town

is non-other than 'Albufeira'!

Located along the southern Portuguese

coastline in the beautiful 'Algarve' region, it is

easily one of Portugal's most iconic locations

harbouring warm sunny weather,

mesmorising azure seas and golden sandy

beaches.The perfect spot for any holiday

seeker in search of paradise on earth.

Albufeira’s supersized coastline notches up

no less than 25 different beaches. Each

beach unique with golden sands and secret

coves, making it the ideal place for picture

snapping moments.

At the bottom of the strip is Praia d’Oura, a

5-kilometre, Blue Flag-winning beach made

for watersports fans. Further east is Praia da

Falesia, which is sheltered by ochre cliffs.

And that’s only scratching the surface.

The old town, meanwhile, is home to Praia

dos Pescadores, otherwise known as

Fisherman’s Beach, where family-friendly

sunbathing is supplemented by great dining

options.

Albufeira is riddled with amazing dining

options catering to most dietry needs. You

may be upset knowing that Nandos doesn't

actually exist in Portugal; but then would you

really go to Italy expecting to find a Dominos

Pizza? No, that's absurd! (shame on you if

you do!)

"Portuguese dining isn't just Peri-Peri Chicken!" Try authentic Portuguese cuisine with

restaurants serving fantastic traditional

dishes ranging from fresh caught seafood to

tender meat filled dishes, topping it all off

with a mix of sweet puff pastry. Plus food is

an inexpensive luxury in Portugal (as you'll

soon find out) with restaurants serving

amazing food at super-affordable prices.

For the less adventurous, there are great

italian pizzerias, sushi parlours and anglo-

irish pubs serving customary dishes. Plus

you can find fast food chains such

McDonalds, Pizza Hut and KFC (not that I

advise it!).

The Algarve region sees fantastic weather all

year round with summers exalting highs of

30°C and the springtime lingering anywhere

between 20-30°C. The days are long and the

nights are endless. There's loads to do!

The Old Town - a lovely tourist location

during the day, turns into a local hot spot at

night.

At night the freaks come to play! Albufeira

nightlife is second-to-none. A vibrant and

electrifying place with bars littered full of

people enjoying the warm long nights,

fancy cocktails - usually till 6am in the

morning!

Visit the infamous Avenida Dr. Francisco Sà

Carneiro, better known as the 'Oura strip'. A

street full of bars and clubs. Here is where

the town of Albufeira comes to life, with

amazing venues, cheap drinks, dope music

Visit any of the the great amazing water

parks with fun filled water slides open
