During the UAN no. registration process, following information are required, for that please refer the email sent to you:• UAN No.:• Full name:• PF no:• Date of birth:• Father/spouse name:

1. Log in to https://uanmembers.epfoservices.in/index.php

2. Enter your UAN no.

3. Click ‘Activate your UAN’.

4. Select ‘I Have Read and Understood the Instructions’.

5. Once again enter your UAN no.

6. Enter your mobile no.

8. Select the office as ‘BANDRAMUMBAI-1’

9. Enter your PF code in specific prescribed format as shown below (for e.g. MH-BAN-0004412-00U-0001660)

10. Type the characters shown in the text box (case-sensitive).

11. Click the button ‘GET PIN’ to get Authorization PIN on your Mobile number.

13. Enter Authorization PIN received on your mobile.

14 & 15. Enter father/spouse name and date of birth exactly as mentioned in the email sent to you. Any difference in name and date of birth will not be accepted by the system.

16. Click ‘I declare’

17. Enter your own preferred password and confirm it

18 & 19. Enter your email id and submit. On submission, system will ask for re-login.

Check your details For re-login, user id will be your UAN no. Use the password which you have set at stage no. 17. When you login you can see the below screen. Here you can view below mentioned facilities:

Download/Print your Updated PF accumulation passbook anytime. Download/ Print your UAN Card. Link and update all your KYC details to UAN like Aadhar card, driving license, bank details etc. File request for PF Transfer and view the status.
