Essential: 1. Master Degree in Psychology or Clinical Psychology
from a recognized University or institute. 2. Master of Philosophy in Medical and Social Psychology
or Medical Psychology or Clinical Psychology (2 yearscourse) from a recognized University or institute,
3. Two years experience as Clinical Psychologist in a
Mental Hospital, Child Guidance Clinic or Psychiatric
Department of a General Hospital or as a teacher or
research worker in the field of Clinical Psychology.
Desirable: Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from a recognized University
or institute. Not exceeding 30 Years45 (Forty-five) UR - 20, SC 7, ST -3, OBC 11, EWS -4

Level 2 of the Pay Matrix (Rs.19900-63200)
(1) Class X pass
(2) Two years experience as Cook in canteen of
Government or Private Institution.

The selection will be based on the stages as follows:
1. Written Examination: The Written test will consists of 50 multiple choice questions to be
completed in one hour.
For the post of Needle Women, Tailor and Cook a Skill test will comprise of
trade specific practical test to assess the skills of the appearing candidates. 2 Skill Test:
Other terms and conditions of the Skill test are:
() The Skill test will be specific for different posts.
Skill test is only a qualifying test. Results of Skill test will be announced on the same day, (i)
after the test, as far as possible.
(ii) Candidates are expected to take adequate care while undergoing Skill test to avoid any
injury to themselves or those around them.
(iv) The institute will not be responsible for any injury or damage suffered/caused during the
Skill test.
(v)The decision of the committee at the venue regarding fitness/un-fitness of candidates in the
Skill test will be final.
(vi) Candidates should strictly obey the instruction issued by the institute official at the Skill test
venue.
(vii) Candidates are advised to read the conditions specified in the employment notification
carefully and appear for the Skill test only if they fulfill all the eligibility conditions mentioned
therein. Please note that ineligible candidates detected at any stage will lead to
disqualification.
(Vil) Candidates will be allowed only one chance and request for a second chance will not be
entertained under any circumstances. x) No request for the change in date, venue and time for Skill test will be entertained.
Candidates are advised to appear for the exam in appropriate clothes and shoes. (x)
Xi) Candidates should report to Skill test venue one hour before the time indicated in the call
letter. Candidates will not be allowed to enter the venue without producing the call letter.
xii) Candidates have to bring their all original certificates for verification failing which they will
not be permitted for skill test.
The institute will release Merit list of eligible candidates based on the
performance in written examination. 3. Merit list:
The candidates who do not fulfill above criteria need not apply. Number of seats may
vary without assigning any reason. Candidates who are seeking reservation benefit in the OBC category should submit
a certificate as per DOPT O.M. No. 36033/1/2013-Estt.(Res.), dated 13.9.2017.
Candidates who are seeking reservation benefit in the EWS category should submit
an Income & Assets certificate to be produced by Economically Weaker Sections as per
DOPT OM No. 36039/1/2019-Estt (Res) dated 31.01.2019.
True Scanned copies of all certificates, mark sheets, EWS certificate, testimonials and
Caste/Disability Certificate (Wherever applicable) should be uploaded along with the application.
Further, candidates who are selected through the written examination and are called for the Skill
Test are directed to bring all certificates and testimonials in ORIGINAL on the day of counseling
for verification of the certificates.
The application form is to be submitted electronically ONLY by internet to CIP
website: www.cipranchi.nic.in on or before 21.09.2021. Hard copy of the application form will not be entertained. Payment has to be made through online transfer.
Examination Fee: a. For Unreserved, EWS and OBC candidates
b. For SC/ST candidates
:- Rs.400/- (Rupees Four Hundred) only Rs.300/- (Rupees Three Hundred) only.

Please note that the examination fee is non-refundable. The admit card and a covering letter having necessary instructions will be made available on the CIP website. The admit_card and the covering letter are to be downloaded and printed by the candidates and the same to be brought with them to the examinationCentre. Examinee will not be allowed to enter the examination hall with any electronic_communication gadgets, viz. Mobile Phones pager etc. Examinees, who come to the examination Centre, with such gadgets,shall have to make their_own_arrangements for keeping these outside the examination Centre. If anyone is found with these gadgets, he/she may be expelled from the examination. This should be strictly complied with.
From the pool of applicants' suitable candidates would be asked to appear for a written examination and skill test/counseling. The candidates are stronaly advised to visit the CIP
