What is Compass?
Hampton Park Secondary College utilises Compass School Manager as a
communication tool. This portal is used by our school community – teachers, student’s
families, administrators and staff; and provides real time information.
Parents/guardians will have their own unique username and password. These details
should not be shared with your child as permission for absences can only be given by
parents/guardians.
Benefits of Compass:
Improved communication throughout the school community by way of a single
point of contact that can be accessed via computer, tablets and smartphones
Improved attendance management
Access convenience
Classroom efficiency
Improved security
Improved event management
Timetable accessibility
And more…..
Currently, as parents/guardians using Compass you are able to:
Access your child’s Semester Reports
Access your child’s Progress Reports (GPA’s)
View a newsfeed relevant to your child or children
Book your Parent/Student/Teacher conferences
Access information regarding upcoming events, calendars and school news,
relevant to your child
Update your contact details (be sure to update your details so we can contact
you if needed)
View up-to-date class and school attendance information
Approve or enter upcoming or past absences for your child
See outstanding classwork and what has been submitted through learning tasks
Each family requires a Username and Password. New families will receive a letter
