What is JobsOhio?

• JobsOhio is a 501 (c)(4) private, not-for-profit corporation launched in July 2011

• Will lead Ohio’s job creation, business retention and new business recruitment efforts.

• Focus will be on specific industry sectors in areas of statewide and regional strength.

• In these endeavors, JobsOhio will partner closely with the Ohio Department of Development (ODOD) to undertake certain program functions that were once the state’s sole domain.
