1. Double-click each file to open it in a web browser. 2. You can then copy the content and paste into a new email in Outlook.
3. To switch out the placeholder images, you have two options: a. Go to the company website and right click on the logo and “copy link address.” This is the easier option
since the logos are already loaded online. b. Save them online, size and edit and copy the link to the image. [Some of these won’t display in the email
so you must test.]
4. Once you have the link, you can insert the image into the email by right clicking on the image you want to replace. Choose “Change Picture” “From File”.
5. Paste the image URL in the dialogue box and hit “Insert.” The image should load and replace the placeholder.
6. To update the hyperlink, you will right click on the image again and choose “Edit Hyperlink.”
7. In the dialogue box, update the URL in the “Address” box and hit “OK.”
8. Then you update the copy as you see fit, enter a subject line and save the email as a template.
