Our two-tier system – a strength?

• 11 district and borough LSPs provide a unique local focus and underpin the county-wide vision and strategy

• Crucial for the shared delivery of the LAA.

• Our 12 LSPs are a strength – we need to get better at working together.

How should Epsom & Ewell LSP respond?

• What are the local priorities?

• How do these ‘resonate’ with county-wide SCS priorities and LAA?

• Joint working through SSP Leadership Group, thematic partnerships and LSP Chairs?

• Work to develop a common performance framework?
