1. Introduction

Before you can apply online for Kindergeld Plus child benefit, you need the confirmation of household (Haushaltsbestätigung). You can obtain

your confirmation of household from your municipality of residence. Please take ALL passports of the persons living in your household with you

when you do this. When you have obtained the confirmation of household, take a photograph of it with your phone and save it in your phone so

that it is easy to find.

Then enter the following link in an internet browser or the Google search bar: www.tirol.gv.at/kindergeldplus

Once you are on the page, go to Online form.

Complete the form on your phone. The next pages of this handbook provide help for this.
