Submit two (2) photocopies of the Official Receipt to OBO for the issuance of Building Permit and Tarpaulin. Present the follow-up stub, valid ID and authorization letter, if applicable, to claim the approved Building Permit and tarpaulin.

Check the Official Receipt, receive the photocopies and advise the client of the release date of the permit. Assign permit number and register the application in the database. Prepare the Building Permit and tarpaulin. Approve and sign the Building Permit. Check the documents, request the client to sign in the Release Logbook and issue the Building Permit and tarpaulin.

2) ISSUANCE OF WIRING PERMIT AND CERTIFICATE OF FINAL ELECTRICAL INSPECTION (CFEI) The Office of the Building Official (OBO) issues Wiring Permit and Certificate of Final Electrical Inspection (CFEI) to clients who are applying for MERALCO service connection. Applications for Wiring Permit and CFEI are subject for evaluation of technical requirements and site inspection.

Proceed to the Antipolo City Fire Station (ACFS) and secure Fire Safety Clearance. Return to OBO, present the Fire Safety Clearance and submit two (2) photocopies of the Official Receipt (OR). Present the follow-up stub, valid ID and authorization letter, if applicable, to claim the approved COC

(Antipolo City Fire Station) Check the requirements and issue Fire Safety Clearance. Conduct inspection if the application so requires. Check the Fire Safety Clearance and the OR, receive the photocopies of the OR and advise the client of the release date of the Certificate of Occupancy (COC). Prepare the COC. Approve and sign the COC. Check the documents, request the client to sign in the Release Logbook and issue the COC.

4) ISSUANCE OF CERTIFICATE OF ANNUAL INSPECTION (NEW ESTABLISHMENT)

The Office of the Building Official (OBO) conducts annual inspection of existing and operational industrial, commercial, institutional and all other buildings or structures as per Memorandum Circular No. 3, series of 2011issued by the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH).
