Our origins span about 30 years culminating in the 1999 merger of:

We have operations in seven states Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, District of

Offering Oracle Federal Financials (OFF) since 2003, migrated many of former legacy FFS

customers onto OFF shared solution

Currently supporting 16 clients, with

differing complexity and transaction volume

Contractual Services and Products

IBC partners with industry to assist in providing support to current and potential client agencies of Oracle Federal Financials (OFF) in the following areas:

Participate in client engagement activities and preparation of proposals to implement OFF and other Oracle enterprise applications

Develop proposals for implementing new functionality for existing OFF client agencies

Serve as the integrator where the IBC is selected as the FSSP for new customer implementation or enhanced functionality as desired by existing client agency

Provide support for OFF implementation activities for which the government is specifically responsible

Provide support for OFF application operations and maintenance

Our current contracting vehicle is a Small Business Set-Aside.
