Why is this position open?• The company has decided to restructure its

finance team in the region.• They are looking for a new FD who will help

them to grow their business significantly in the near future.

The Role• Location Prague, heading 4 country FDs,

reporting to the European FD (full line) and the regional MD (dotted line).

• Frequent travel throughout the region and to the UK HQ.

• Strong business partner to local MDs and the regional MD.

The Ideal Candidate• Solid experience in similar positions in the region• First-hand knowledge of SOX and US GAAP• Excellent English and Czech • University education• Broad understanding of commercial issues• Advisor and partner to the regional FDs and MDs

The Package• Annual gross income € 65 – 75K EUR, excluding

bonus.• Bonus 20 % - on target; max. 40 %.• Company car.• Target position - FD Eastern Europe.
