Water-based inorganic nano-environmentally friendly material: The organic high-molecular coating paint has experienced bottlenecks and the organic solvent paint is going to be terminated.

Since the company’s establishment, our main effort has been the development of new waterproofing coating paint and distribution of imported chemical raw material.

In recent years, we have actively researched and developed exclusive coating paints for interior / exterior walls, which takes inorganic nano-resin as the main composition. Difference Between Inorganic Resin and Organic Resin

In areas with climate temperature change, the pore will

contract and continuously tighten the surface static dust, which

dust adheres to the painted layer of building’s exterior walls

washing.

Major Physical Property of Inorganic Nano-resin

• The surface with self-cleaning ability:

Regarding general coating paint used nowadays, although the surface

can clear away water after painting, attached dust can only be moved by water

drops and cannot be cleared away entirely, thus there is no effect of self-

cleaning. In view of this, the coating surface with low surface energy, water

clear-away effect and structure of fine cilium must be developed; so such

surface is capable of self-cleaning like a lotus leaf.

The “Water-based stain-resistant and environmentally friendly coating paint" uses silicon resin as the main structure. The silicon resin is a type of super water absorbent ultra-fine particle with good breathable effect and water absorption. Moisture in the air can be absorbed when the moisture content is high and moisture in coating membrane will be released when the temperature rises. Therefore, the resin can effectively adjust indoor temperature and prevent accumulation of excessive moisture in the RC structure that causes deterioration into a concrete cancer. In view of this, the water-based stain-resistance and environmentally friendly coating paint is a breathable wet material with multi-functions, namely adjustment of moisture and temperature, as well as protection of RC structures.

The viscosity of "Water-based stain-resistant and environmentally friendly coating paint" is extremely low. With the principle of permeation, the coating penetrates into the fine pores of concrete and links with molecules in cement, i.e. silicon, calcium and magnesium for attachment due to “crosslink” activity. This is totally different principle from normal cement paint or oil-based paint that only attaches to the concrete or cement surface without any permeation.

The “Water-based stain-resistant and environmentally friendly coating paint” can fully penetrate into the concrete or cement surface and polymerize with the concrete aggregate. The coating will form as a part of the concrete and solidify concrete strength with durability, so that a surface of high density and low water permeability is formed. This will enhance the RC structure for effective prevention of permeation damage from water, acid and chlorine ions, which achieves effect of water proofing and prevention of internal steel bar corrosion; thus the lifetime of building application is extended. The effect of such coating paint is totally different from normal cement paint that only attaches on the concrete or cement surface for visual pleasure.

All bonding agents and pigments used for the "Water-based stain-resistant and environmentally friendly coating paint" are made with inorganic resin and thermal-resistant inorganic mineral powder. The coating does not contain heavy metal, organic solvent and volatile substance, which makes the coating free of toxicity and pollution. Under a high temperature environment, the coating does not burn; no smoke and toxic gas will be produced and the coating has excellent insulation against high temperature. Therefore, the product can effectively prevent burning of material and enhance burning resistance of fire-proof materials.

The interior / exterior wall coating paint mixed from water-based nano-inorganic resin that features excellent weather resistance, stain resistance and waterproof, which complies with CNS10757 regulation inspection

Features

Applicable for interior / exterior wall of all buildings with features of good adhesion, waterproof, acid / alkali resistant, anti-mildew, damp resistant and stain-resistant.Capable of replacing traditional cement paint and possessing re-coat and easy-coating ability and durability. The work is easy and the coating can be applied to any wall with old paint using the normal method. The fine smooth coating surface does not attach dust and dirt easily. Work precautions

Upon entry of material, the certificate of origin, certificate of ISO 9001 for the original manufacturer, catalogue, company license issued by Ministry of Economic Affairs, business registration certificate, factory registration issued by Ministry of Economic Affairs and test certificate of material for compliance of physical property requirement must be attached.

2. Application features: 1) Weather resistance, good adhesion, durable and applicable to all kinds of material.

2) Damp and mildew resistance for permanent freshness. The product can be used for damp-sensitive walls of bathrooms, swimming pools, spas and basements.
