What support do I require?

People to remember I am only human, I am a “Manager” …I “Manage” I am not a “Perfector”…I am not perfect.

Good supervision that takes into account my wider world dynamics – i.e. me as a whole person.

A team of people around me who are mature and share a common vision.

Trust that I have method in my madness and that certain decisions I need to make are a means to an end.

An understanding from people around me that I have no control over the organisational pace of decision making to experience ratio.

My family to keep me firmly grounded in everything I do.

People to be honest with me. People to reel me back in when I get carried

away with ideas. Help to help others to understand my ideas

without getting frustrated and jacking the ideas in?....if that makes sense???
