4. NEW INTEGRATED LEARNING ISSUES

1. Construct and evaluate appropriate solutions for construction problems using an Industrialised Building System (IBS) approach.

2. Applying appropriate techniques, resources, and modern engineering and IT tools to modeling/complete the assigned project.

3. Propose suitable application of an industrialized building system for a construction project in a group.

5. PROBLEM FORMAT

Trigger:

Working in a group, you are required to propose a suitable construction method for a building construction project using Industrialised Building Systems (IBS) approach. You are also required to make justification on the selection of the construction method, including the advantages of the method, discussing the main elements of framing and flooring, proposing the types and method of jointing, and prepare the construction process of the selected method.
