Eligibility Requirements
Must be a U.S. citizen
21-35 years of age
17 DAT, 3.20 GPA
Must meet standards to qualify as a
Commissioned Officer in the U.S. Army
Maintain full-time student status
during the program

from an accredited graduate program
(Dental School) in the U.S. or Puerto Rico
