The primary function of the Product Advisory Council (PAC) / Supply Chain Advisory Council (SCAC), is to obtain your advice on the products you want / need to be stocked in the Supply Center. These meetings are a great way to validate and ensure our product direction is in sync with our customers' technology and business plans. The IC representatives play a key role in our Supply Chain Due Diligence. Supporting by soliciting feedback on new initiatives, surveys, disseminating new product information, the IC Representative promotes Supply Centers service offerings to ensure that the IC’s and service agencies are aware of the value-added benefits of the Supply Center.
