FY 2015 Accomplishments: Cleaned-up the property records;
• Transfer Government vehicles to owning ICs• Cleared over 9,000 non-accountable property records• Cleared 7,272 migrated property records from the 2007 NBS transition• De-flagged over 15,000 assets no longer sensitive
Reutilization of surplus property • Transferred 967 assets to other Federal Agencies, a $4.5M savings (e.g. Homeland Security, DoD,
FDA, USDA, USGS, FBI, NIST, and Naval Research Lab)• Donated 8,782 assets to local public schools and State colleges/universities, $16.4M acq. value;
benefited local schools to establish computer labs (Owing Mills and Liberty Elementary Schools, Walkersville Middle School and High School)
• Processed 55 Foreign donations; Countries include Israel, Mali, Russia, Australia, and Chile• Recycled 27,970 ADP assets; over $43K returned to the US Treasury• Recycled 187 tons of scrap metal; a $33K savings to NIH
