1. Steps to be followed for accessing Mails using OWA (Outlook Web Access)

Step 1:- 1. Launch Internet Explorer.

Step 2:- Enter the URL, https://mail.karnataka.gov.in/exchange for accessing OWA

Step 3:- Log on with your username and password.

Step 4:- Click on Log on Tab

2. Steps to be followed for changing Password in OWA

Step 1:- Click the Options button.

Step 2:- In the Options window, scroll all the way to the bottom, and click Change Password button

under Password.

You will be presented with this window.

Step 3:- Fill the fields with following information

Domain: - kar

Account: - enter the prefix such as if the mail id is xyz@karnataka.gov.in only

Specify xyz

Old Password: - ********

New Password: - ********

Confirm Password: - ********
