Next questions

• How do we continue to build awareness and grow participation?

• What are the barriers preventing employees from starting their advance care planning process?

• Why aren’t more participants signing up for a second conversation with their agent?

• Does the second conversation affect people’s likelihood to identify and appoint an agent and ultimately complete a directive?
