MODERN NON-SURGICAL TMJ TREATMENT COURSE: The Temporomandibular Facial Joint is indeed one of the most complex anatomical structures in the human body and needs a great amount of knowledge, training and years of experience to understand and deal with its related intricate problems. TMJ problems are common and up to 70% of people have one or more TMJ symptoms such as pain, clicking, headache…etc and only 5% actually seek treatment. Most newly graduated, general dentists and general medical practitioner have little knowledge, experience or training in TMJ problems and therefore are unable to diagnose or treat these cases. In this course we will clarify the most common TMJ problems facing the dentist in his clinic everyday and how to diagnose, make investigations and treat or to refer these cases. Also this course will give you the foundation and skills on how to perform clinical examination and modern treatment, which you will need for postgraduate examinations such as Member Fellowship of the Royal College, United Kingdom. Also this course provides you solid knowledge and practice which allow you to treat any patient with TMJ problem. This course is suitable for fifth year dental students, internship, general dentist, general medical practitioner, prosthodontist, orthodontist, implantologist and oral surgeon.
