Chain conveyor 90°

The basin is made of 1.2 mm stainlesssteel, quality AISI 304 (SS 2333) andequipped with turnable chain packagefor easy cleaning. The chain runs insideof the trough. The bottom of the troughis sloped from all corners to the strainer,facilitating drainage and cleaning. Allsurfaces are smooth and have a polishedfinish.The motor is controlled by a contactorwhich should be installed in an intendedplace in the dishwasher’s connection box.There is a choice of two motor execu-tions, depending on the installation ofthe dishwasher – before or after the dish-washer.A separate supply cable for the chainconveyor is thus unnecessary.The stainless steel, square 40x40 mmtubular stand ensures stability. The 2100 mm table has a BD-55 sink witha 1.5 l strainer bucket and two slide bars.The frame work is constructed of heavy gaugestainless steel square tubes vertical 40x40 mmand horizontal 30x30 mm, to provide acomplete welded, very rigid construction.Wall fixing security brackets are included asstandard.The frame is fitted with adjustable feet and onfree standing tables floor mounting bracketsare are available to permanently locate thetable.A wide range of optional extras is available tomeet most individual requirements.For further specifications and optional extras,please see overleaf and leaflet 10-399.


The table top is made of 1.2 mm stainless steelSS 2333 (AISI 304) with a 60 mm raised rearedge and rounded 15 mm beaded edge with52 mm turned down edge along front andone end. The loading end is shaped forconnection to the dishwasher.The table top is alternatively also available in2.2 mm Duoplan version, which is achievedby joining 2 layers of stainless steel sheettogether under heat and pressure with aspecial glue. This leads to a very sturdy highimpact resistant top with sound-deadeningproperties.The sink bowls are equipped with 1/12“waste and 1“ overflow. 1200 and 1600 mmlong tables have a BE-55 sink (550x500x240mm) with 1.5l strainer bucket and slide bar.

The loading and unloading tables are de-signed for direct connection to EHTM andEHTAIUSPH dishwashers. They are madeof 1.2 mm stainless steel (AISI 304).The carefully designed deep anti-drip pro-files are totally folded with a lower edge forsafe and easy cleaning. Loading tables areequipped with a pre-wash sink bowl withdimension 500x400x300 mm. The sink isequipped with a standard waste outlet and abox strainer with plastic bucket.Pre-wash sinks are pressed in one piece andfitted with a 1 1/2" BSP drain and a 1" BSPoverflow.

As standard the tables are to be secured to thedishwasher and fitted with one pair of legs atthe other end. The feet can be adjusted±50mm to ensure the tables drain back intothe dishwasher.Solid alt. grid undershelves are available asoptional extras. Shut-off valve, mountingplate for pre-rinse unit and wall type pre-wash spray unit are available as optional extrasfor the loading table.For further specifications and optional extras,please see following pages.

The work table is manufactured from (AISI 304)polished stainless steel. The sturdy welded frame-work is constructed from 40 mm square tubing.The unit has the top mounted directly onto theunder frame with an intermediate U-shapedsupporting brace.The top consists of a 2.2 mm thick heavy dutyDUOPLAN work table top with good sounddeadening properties. The rear edge is turned up60 mm with a safe returned edge and the threeother sides are formed to a 15 mm anti-drip edgeas shown overleaf.The tables are provided with hydraulically ad-justable telescopic legs making it possible to

adjust the height between 800-1150 mm mak-ing the unit especially suitable for use withpreparation machinery such as slicers, foodprocessors, etc. The table has no front crossbeam, which gives the possibility to work sittingdown or standing up. The optional extras are intended for comple-tion of the table line. Due to the modularsystem, combinations for individual designare possible.The stainless steel details are of the samequality and finishing as the tables. The lam-inated chipboards and the plastic items are allof rigid, heavy duty design.The under shelves are available in severalexecutions; as solid or grid under shelf, witha raised rear edge and as marine execution.

The drawers have a front and frame in stain-less steel and are provided with a GN 1/1-150plastic container.The base of the drawers and cupboards areavailable in stainless steel or laminated execu-tion. This modular shelving system is intendedfor hygienic storage and handling.The units are made of stainless steel of highquality and are completely compatible.The horizontal shelves are of louvered typeand can be height adjusted in steps of 160mm.The uprights are provided with height ad-justable marine feet.The module shelf parts are very easy toassemble. ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS:

When the shelves are to be assembled on bothside of the uprights, two U-shaped braces anda pair of plate braces for two side guard rails haveto be used (see fig. 2, 3).

The braces are delivered incl. screws and nuts.

When the shelves are to be assembled on oneside of the uprights only, two U-shaped bracesfor each side guard rail have to be used (see fig.1)

The TS 430 hand wash basin has smalloutside dimensions which makes it spacesaving and well suited for galleys, bars, pan-tries and similar on board. The back edge hasfour holes for screwing to bulkhead and alower bracket connected to the outlet withtwo fastening holes.

All models of hand wash basins are made instainless steel and intended for wall mount-ing. Models ED2 and ED3 have closedshroud for concealed in -and outlet and aresupplied with integrated waste and watertrap. Models ED2-0 and ED3-0 are sup-plied with integrated waste, support in brack-ets and wall panel.Mixer taps are of solid brass construction inchrome finish. Mixer tap Ares is a single lever tap with pop-up waste included.Touch-free mixer tap Sport1 is a very sturdyelectronic faucet activated by infrared sensor.Electronics, solenoid valve and temperature

control is located inside the product. Themixer is provided with a filter and a no returnvalve and delivered with an externally mount-ed 9V battery and an AC/DC adapter. Set-tings of the unit are adjustable manually afterinstallation and can also be adjusted by re-mote control.All dispenser models as well as waste bin areintended for wall mounting and made instainless steel.Soap dispenser with refill window is suppliedwith 1 litre plastic container for refill.
