• Start with A-1….and do nothing else until it is done

• Now do A-2• Ask yourself every 20 minutes

throughout the day….Is this the most important thing I can

be doing, right now, to achieve my goals?

• For every 1 minute spent in planning you will save

10 minutes in activity planned for the day.

• Set aside 30 minutes each day to plan :

• Morning

• Evening

• 2-3 minutes write down all the tasks you need to complete by the end of today

• 2-3 minutes go through and put A, B, C, D, E by each

• 2-3 minutes prioritize A’s, B’s, C’s ; note who you will delegate the D’s to; cross out the E’s

• Turn to person on the right and take 1 minute each to share what is the most important thing you will complete, first, when you leave.
