A campaign to have Rare staff regularly take two 10 minute physical activity breaks during working hourswhy the campaign?

GUILT1. Problem statement with statistics research showing high STRESS and sedentary lifestyle increase probability of heart disease2. Barriers understanding little knowledge about Rares policy (only 47% think Rare encourages), guilt because they dont want to bother other colleagues and feel that they should be working hard as everybody else does. The strategy promotes taking breaks with peers to reduce this cost (mention the Memo from Brett and for barrier removal)
