There are more than 2.9 billion unreached people in the world today. These are people who have no access to the gospel message. They will live and die without hearing about Jesus. Only 10% of the missionaries in the world work among the unreached. 90% of missionaries work among people in places that already have a church presence. This is not the case for Pioneers.

Pioneers exists to mobilize teams to glorify God among unreached peoples by initiating church-planting movements in partnership with local churches.

At present, 2,985 Pioneers missionaries are working in 103 countries around the world.
