#4 DRINK a DAILY DETOX TEA ~Try Fresh Ginger and Lemon Several Fresh Ginger Root knuckles Grind the ginger using a blender or shredder Add 8 ounce cup of shredded ginger root and 32 oz of water into to a large pot, the size you would use for boiling spaghetti. Simmer for 20 minutes . Store in the pot or transfer all the water and ginger root to another container. Dip out 8 oz and heat as a tea separate from the batch cup Consume as the very last item before bed.
