10. CONTRACTOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE RESTART OF ANY SYSTEMS DE-ENERGIZED TOACCOMMODATE THIS WORK.
12. PROVIDE AND INSTALL ACCESS PANELS/DOORS IN WALLS, CEILINGS AND DUCTWORK ASREQUIRED TO ACCESS/SERVICE VALVES, DUCT DETECTORS, CONTROL COMPONENTS, FIREDAMPERS AND OTHER CONCEALED MECHANICAL DEVISES.
13. ALL DUCT DIMENSIONS ARE INSIDE CLEAR UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED. ALL DUCT DIMENSIONSSHALL BE MODIFIED AS REQUIRED TO ACCOUNT FOR DUCT INSULATION.
14. LOCATE ALL MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT TO FACILITATE UNOBSTRUCTED AIR/WATER FLOW ANDACCESS TO UNIT SERVICE PANELS, CONTROLS AND VALVES AS REQUIRED BY THEMANUFACTURER AND APPLICABLE CODES.
15. ALL AIR/HYDRONIC LEAK TESTING AND INSPECTIONS SHALL BE COMPLETED PRIOR TO THEAPPLICATION OF INSULATING MATERIALS. FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THIS REQUIREMENT MAYRESULT IN THE REMOVAL AND REAPPLICATION OF THE INSULATION AT THE CONTRACTORS

16. LOCATE ALL TEMPERATURE, PRESSURE, FLOW MEASURING DEVICES AND COMPONENTS INACCESSIBLE LOCATIONS WITH STRAIGHT SECTIONS OF PIPE/DUCTWORK UP AND DOWN STREAMOF DEVICE AS OUTLINED BY THE EQUIPMENT MANUFACTURER.
17. TESTING, ADJUSTING AND BALANCING CONTRACTOR SHALL BE A CURRENT AND RECOGNIZEDMEMBER OF THE AABC OR NEBB AS OUTLINED IN THE CONSTRUCTION SPECIFICATIONS.
18. ALL DUCTWORK, PIPING OR EQUIPMENT SUPPORTED FROM THE STRUCTURE SHALL BECOORDINATED WITH THE GENERAL CONTRACTOR. CONTRACTOR RESPONSIBLE FOR THEREPAIR/REPLACEMENT OF ANY FIREPROOFING REMOVED TO ACCOMMODATE HANGERATTACHMENT.
19. ALL NEW/MODIFIED SUPPLY DUCTWORK SHALL BE EXTERNAL INSULATED IN ACCORDANCE WITHTHE CONSTRUCTION SPECIFICATIONS.
20. CONFIRM LOCATIONS OF FIRE RATED CEILINGS, WALLS AND FLOORS. FIRE SEAL ALLPENETRATIONS WITH FIRE STOP SEALANT. DUCTWORK THAT PENETRATES FIRE PARTITIONSSHALL BE EQUIPPED WITH FIRE DAMPERS.
21. OFFSET DUCTWORK AS REQUIRED TO ACCOMMODATE THE ARCHITECTURAL REFLECTIVE CEILING PLAN.
22. NO SUPPLY DIFFUSER SHALL BE LOCATED WITHIN 36” OF ANY SMOKE DETECTOR OR AUTOMATICSPRINKLER HEAD/DEVICE.
23. ALL 45 DEGREE OR GREATER ELBOWS (INCLUDING THOSE AT DIFFUSER CONNECTIONS) SHALL BE CONSTRUCTED OF RIGID DUCTWORK.
24. ALL WORK SHALL BE PREFORMED IN ACCORDANCE WITH SITE CONSTRUCTION AND SAFETYREQUIREMENTS. NO WORK SHALL BE PERFORMED WITHOUT A VALID JOB SCHEDULE AND FIREALARM PERMITS (WHERE REQUIRED). ALL WORKERS MUST REGISTER WITH THE LOCALMAINTENANCE CONTRACTOR PRIOR TO PERFORMING ANY WORK.
