Registration Procedures • WE SUPPORT ONLINE REGISTRATION!!!
• Medical Check in will occur first. This will be handled at the First Aid building in the lower parking lot. You will be greeted by an assigned Lodge Guide (member of the Service Lodge) who will walk you through the registration process . Long term parking will be located at the Pinnacle near the north end of camp.
• After your medical form is turned in you will be given a “Medically Cleared for Conclave” Card that will allow you to complete your registration at the Conclave Headquarters building (Admin Building)
• While that is happening your gear will be unloaded and moved to your campsite by the service lodge while your Lodge Guide will escort you around camp to help you become familiar with the property while using your official conclave map.
