Propane Conversions- 10 police cruisers (CVs) PPG- unleaded=$3.16/gal vs. propane=$2.24/gal. CPM- unleaded=$.32/mi vs. propane=$.29/mi.10% reduction in cost to use propane.
Solar PV Installations- 2 completed, 3 under construction. No capital cost. PPAs provide a premium of $.18/kwh vs. $.11-$.14/kwh we pay for electricity.
