Rationale DocumentThe reason that me and my partner decided to go with the idea of 5 working class school drop outs was because with our questionnaire that we used we had a higher number of people prefer the idea of a comedy/instead of the action/war genre. This is the only reason from the questionnaire because with the other question asking what idea they liked the sound of more we had equal results. Also we come to the decision to do it because of the green sheet we got to do homework annotating. From this i found out that young audiences like new ideas and new shows. Also if you think you have a good idea go with it but don't judge the target audience before they have seen it and this show i believe will cover a high range of age group so we won't make for either younger viewers or older viewers. Also we choose the idea because between the two of us we believe that it is the strongest idea out of the two we how to develop it more and keep the idea going a lot more than we did with the other idea. Also we’re thinking that this idea would fit better in with the E4 and BBC3 quota as it is aimed for young people and is about quite young people and is relatable as some people have the same problems in there life but could have a laugh about it.
