Panelo began her piano lesson approximately a bit over a year or so ago and has since then started her violin playing. She enjoys performing, especially on the dressing up part.
She hopes to bring you a little smile when she presents her two little works for you. This is her first official appeal to a concert stage so your encouragement is much appreciated.

Amy Chen is currently 18 years
of age and commenced her piano
lessons at the age of 8. She is a
second year bachelor student,
studying at the Queensland
Griffith Conservatorium and was
entered into the Advanced
Performance strand after being
awarded the student with
highest marks in performance.
She has been mentored by Ling
Zi Li, Vicky Yang and Oleg
Stepanov. Amy has been invited
to play in various festivals and
concerts and had her
performances broadcasted on
4MBS and 2MBS radio. She has
also won numerous amounts of

awards including the 1st Place in
the Vivace Piano Competition,
1st Place Brisbane Eisteddfod
Championships Open age and
Queensland Piano Competition
winner. Amy has received
opportunities to have
masterclasses with international
pianists such as Mikola Suk and
was awarded the Queenslanders
Foundation Prize in 2015.

Edmund Hu At the age of 11,Edmund Hu expresses his interest in perusing music professionally. He is passionate about playing piano and violin. Edmund enjoys in practicing music and has a huge passion to share the happiness of music with other people. In addition to his participation in examinations, he has been awarded several prizes including “The Most Promising Pianist Prize in April 2016 Redlands Eisteddfod.” Edmund wishes to conclude today’s recital with thanks to his parents and his teacher Dr. Vicky Yang .It is a journey that would not have been possible without these supports.

After completing grades two, three, five and seven for piano with AMEB, she is now currently undertaking her advanced performance certificate, tutored by Dr. Vicky Yang. Despite her busy school schedule and high demand in academic subject, Elisha has managed to put a recital for today’s examination. Elisha also plays the violin, clarinet and flute, which has broadened her understanding in different genres of music. She regularly attends performances and music camps as well as competitions for both piano and violin, winning numerous awards. She hopes to use this recital as a way to share her passion about the music she loves.
