Make the title Far East Sites… Preview… Finish
Check it fits on one page and all data are visibleTwo field names are not showing fully.
Close the Preview
Resize the text boxes that are not correctTake care not to go over the edges of the page
Click View to check…

Delete unwanted text boxes in the Page footer
Choose the Label tool
Drag a box and write your name
View the report
Check it, save and print
