RESERVING UNTO GRANTOR, any and allwater and water rightsappurtenantto such land or

otherwise described in the foregoing permits in excess of the amounts specificallyconveyedabove, includingrightsin excess of the aggregate900.55 acrefeet(subjecttoreductionbased on
