The Medikro® SpiroSafe flow transducer is a disposable pneumotach. With SpiroSafe there is no need for bacteria filters, sterilisation or additional cardboard mouthpieces. This increases patient throughput and saves operational costs. Every single flow transducer is individually verified for accuracy.

SpiroSafe is designed to increase safety by preventing patient-to-patient cross-contamination. SpiroSafe helps to protect the environment by producing up to 78% less waste than standard bacteria filters. Medikro disposable flow transducers are made of polyethylene and can be disposed of by incineration without producing toxic emissions.
