New This Week
Happy Thanksgiving
On behalf of all of the owners, managers and staff at
Allegiance, I appreciate your business and loyalty over
the years. Have a great Thanksgiving. As a reminder,
offices will be closed on Thursday, November 24 and
Friday, November 25.
Bank of America Short Sales
The Alternative Right Party Contact (ARPC) program is a joint effort through which RE/MAX,
Bank of America and Dignified Transition Solutions (DTS) reach out to preselected
distressed homeowners and guide them through a Short Sale.
The initiative began in May 2011 as a pilot program in Arizona and Nevada, where success
stories have already been documented. It has since expanded to include nearly 10,000
properties in all 50 states. If its initial success continues, more than 60,000 properties could
be assigned to RE/MAX Associates in the first year.
You need to have a short sale designation and an updated profile (with correct email
address!) on remax.net to be eligible for these leads. This is a good program because you
get to reach out to the distressed home owner instead of that person having to reach out to
you.

I'll write about the RE/MAX - Bank of America short sale escalation process next week.
