Whatever goes on in Winnipeg must draw each of us into its vortex. Possibly they might do so all the more this year on personal grounds, since D. C. Groff is the chairman of the campnign committee. "Doug," as he is so intimately known to a wide circle, is in daily touch with the apparel industry nnd its cognate affiliates, and many are the members of the community who count him among their :friends.
