SUBlECT: REVISED LIMITS OF DELEGATEDAUTHORITY OF REGIONALDIRECTORS AND DISTRICTENGINEERS TO APPROVE PLANS FORFEASIBILITY STUDY, CONCEPTUALDESIGN, DETAILED ENGINEERINGDESIGN, AS-STAKED, AND AS-BUILT

In order to provide for more effective and expeditious implementation of projects and basedon the result of the assessment conducted by the Bureau of Design on the design capabilityof DPWH field offices, the limits of delegated authority of the following Regional Directors andDistrict Engineers to approve Plans for Feasibility Study, Conceptual Design, DetailedEngineering Design, As-Staked, and As-Built with respect to locally-funded infrastructureprojects within their respective region/district are hereby increased as follows:

A. REGIONAL OFFICES

1. All Regional Directors, with a rating of Outstanding or Very Satisfactory are herebyauthorized to approve plans for Feasibility Study, Conceptual Design, DetailedEngineering Design, As-Staked, and As-Built up to Php 300 Million in cost, as follows:
