LocationLondon Stansted is situated at the junctions of the M11(Junction 8) and the A120 with dedicated slip roads fromthe motorway. The A120 has recently been upgraded todual carriageway from the M11 eastwards to Braintree.

Road connections are excellent with the M11 southboundconnecting to the M25 and northbound to the A14 givingaccess to the Midlands and the North.

Stansted 600 is located at the junctions of the A120 and the approach roads to Stansted Cargo Area and the passenger terminal. The site benefits from extensivefrontage to the A120 and is within minutes of the Airside Boundary.

The airport has dedicated freight services and extensiveEuropean scheduled flight services. In the year to March2009 Stansted Airport transported over 191,000 tonnesof cargo. This cargo was transported via operators including FedEx FedEx, TNT, UPS, Servisair and Aviance.

By rail the passenger terminal has express services to theCity of London (35 minutes) and offers connections to the East Coast Main Line and the Midlands/North West.

Stansted has been selected for the construction of a secondrunway, subject to approvals, which would increasepotential capacity to 120 million passengers a year.Approval has recently been granted to increase capacityvia the existing runway by 40% over the next few years.

Stansted 600 is a new development of warehouse and distribution units located at the entrance to LondonStansted Airport.

The site is being developed in a number of phases; phase 1(Taylors End) is fully let to a variety of users including TNT,LSG Sky Chefs and Alpha Catering.

Phase 2 (Stansted 600) is now available and is part let to,DO & Company and Fernley/Gate Gourmet.
