animanimated and transformed by the presence, creativity and vision of its hosts. The 3,438 squarefoot space is situated on the second floor above Lavaca Street Bar with a private entrance. Rock Rose Hall can accommodate seated dinners of up to 180 guests with “standing room only” options for up to 300. Every event is appropriately scaled to meet the needs and business goals of every client. Our flexible open- or cash-bar packages were designed using years of bar research fromacross the festivals, restaurants and venues udner FBR Management.

Your bar minimum is determined based on the estimated number of guests and length ofyour event, along with the specific product tier you choose from the table below.

This tested formula assumes on average 2 drinks per person in the first hour and 1 drinkper person each following hour.
