1. Introduction

This document is a guide for application teams to prepare HP Inc. employees to access the HPI

system.

EG SAP BW is Clone, Cleanse & Go. The current production environment will be used for HPI

and a fresh new environment has been set up for HPE.

The method of access to EG SAP BW HPI is unchanged. EG SAP BW HPI users will launch the

application on their system as usual and connect to EG SAP BW HPI. Users will only be able to

access the environment of the company they are associated with (HPI or HPE).

HPI access will be controlled using the current HPQ GRC tool.
