Pre-match show The pre-match show starts 30 minutes before kick-off so make sure you arrive at the venue in plenty of time.
Newcastle and Gateshead has a thriving cultural scene, with rejuvenated quaysides and superb shopping. The world’s only tilting bridge, Gateshead Millennium Bridge, connects the two quaysides and the lively city centre takes you from High Bridge’s cobbled streets to Grainger Town’s beautiful Georgian architecture.

If you are travelling back by car from the stadium remember that some roads in the area will be closed after the match while crowds disperse. Why not spend some time at the Fanzone or elsewhere in the city to enjoy the atmosphere before heading back
After the match Newcastle station will be very busy. Be prepared to queue. Staff will be on hand to help you on your way as quickly as possible. If you’re at the New Zealand v Tonga match be sure to check times of last trains and don’t rely on getting the last one as others may try to do that as well
If you need assistance speak to one of The Pack, they will be more than happy to help

The Newcastle Fanzone is taking place at Science Central. Within easy access of St James’ Park the Fanzone will feature big screens, bars and a wide variety of food and drink. The site is open to everyone and entry is free. Alongside the usual attractions the site will also feature a funfair and a community Rugby pitch.
The Fanzone is open on all match days and will host community events on other days throughout the Tournament. Free ‘RWC Fanzone Wifi’ will be available at the Fanzone.
