POSSESSION NOTICE(For Immovable Property)

WHEREAS,

The undersigned being the Authorized Officer of the Bank ofMaharashtra under the Securitization and Reconstruction ofFinancial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002,and in exercise of the powers conferred under Seb-Section (12) ofSection 13 read with Rule 3 of the Security Interest (Enforcement)Rule, 2002 issued a Demand Notice dated 26.12.2017 calling uponthe borrower. Mr. Santosh Mahesh Govis, Mrs. Uma Santosh Govisto repay Rs. 11,29,821.00/- (Rupees Eleven Lacs Twenty NineThousants Eight Hundred Twenty Only) plus interest @ 9.60% forHousing Loan with effect from 26.12.2017 within 60 days from thedate of receipt of the said Notice. The notice was deliver by way ofRegd. AD.

The borrower having failed to repay the amount notice is herebygiven to the borrower and the public in general that the undersignedhas taken possession of the property described herein below inexercise of powers conferred on him under sub section (4) of section13 of Act read with Rule 8 of the Security Interest EnforcementRules, 2002 on this 8th March, 2018.

The borrower in particular and the public in general is hereby cau-tioned not to deal with the properties and any dealings with the prop-erties will be subject to the charge of Bank of Maharashtra for anamount hereinabove mentioned.

The borrower's attention is invited to provisions of sub-section (8) ofsection 13 of the Act, in respect of time available, to redeem thesecured assets.

The details of the properties mortgaged to the Bank and taken pos-session by the Bank are as follows :
