    Principle of Load Measurement

    Capacitance is given by

    The capacitance will vary by the variation of spacebetween the conducting plate due to applied pressure.

    The area of the plate and the dielectric constant of themedium will be constant.

    The capacitance is converted into digitalized form by theIC AD7142 .
