Could please clarify/input the following item in order to prepare the proposal that meet your requirements more precisely. Your quick reply will be highly appreciated.
1. Could you please specify the approximate size/
number occupants for Admin and canteen building?
Admin : no of people 20 size 2000 sq ft
Canteen : for 200 ppl at one go – size to
be worked out by you basis the design
2. Please specify the approximate area for the
workshop building.
400 sq ft
3. Please specify the approximate volume for ETP and
type of effluent.
Effluent – water around 100kl per day
[Nitin :] sewage plant of 36kl per day
4. Please specify the total peak number of people for
the entire plant to design the WTP & STP.
Peak no of ppl will be 700
5. Could you please indicate or give a full list of utilities,
including annual and hourly consumption
volumes(Cooling Water, Service / Potable water,
Nitrogen, Oxygen, Fuel Oil & Fuel Gas etc)?
Drinking water : 4 kl per day
Service : 100kl per day
6. Does the cogeneration plant require a chimney? If
yes please specify the approximate height of the
chimney.
Yes – stack height 35 meters
7. Please specify the production capacity of the

Depends on the design – we may need it for feeding shell for oil milling unit to cogen plant

We need the design of the full cogen unit starting from structure to mass and fluid balance
10. Could you please give any figures for the total power
requirements including voltage & frequency for the
high voltage grid connection, cabled, switch gear
etc?
Total power requirement 3.5 to 4 MW per day – cabaling and

Air compressor : 3000 cfm A/C for office use CO2 : normal cylinder to be procured for gas supplier RO plant for cogen unit – 300 kl per day
15. In particular, can you confirm whether steam &
cooling water will be required for the process plant?
Steam : cogen 30 tons/ hr Process : 14 tons / hr – 7 bar
16. Could you please provide the Layout drawings of any
existing facility for reference, which will be matching
to the new facility envisaged for the project?
At this stage will not be able to share it
17. TMI assumes that the Scope of Geo-Technical
Investigation & Topographical survey shall be in the
scope of Olam. Please confirm.
We already completed
18. Coordination with CEIG (chief electrical inspector
general)l /Local power supply authorities shall be
carried out by the Installation contractor. Please
confirm.
