The Eective Communication Training Course oers participants an opportunity to improve upon their communication skills, give impactfulpresentations, and develop methods to deal with stress and inhibitions. An engaging presentation is about having a dialogue with your
audience, telling them a convincing story, and building the right structure to deliver the core message. The Eective Communication courseprovides participants with an understanding of the structure of an amazing presentation and more importantly, how to tailor their presentation
skills according to their personality traits.
The training course oers insights into Eective Presentation Styles, Elements of a Successful Presentation, Verbal & Non-Verbal Communication
Skills, Knowing your Target Audience, Delivering a Core Message, Body Language, Team Meetings, Formal & Informal Communications, How toDrive Results during Meetings, and Technical Presentations.
Course
Structure
The course is structured to oer the most impact possible. Participants will be engaged in presentations and will be required to activelyparticipate not only in providing feedback to peers, but also to resolve any inhibitions to public speaking. Participants will be actively involved
in delivering and improving upon their presentation style - while learning the building blocks of eective communication. Furthermore, instantfeedback will be provided by oering participants with videotaped analysis of their performance. The course will conclude with participants
delivering a nal presentation to their peers using all of the techniques acquired throughout the course.
