LocationThe proposed site is located along Holmwood Road, an extended residential road running along the rail line which meets at Holmwood Close, a residential cul-de-sac to which Holmwood Road is the only access. The proposed site is located at the L-shaped curve in the road where these two residential roads meet. The area is primarily residential; therefore, there are low levels of traffic from pedestrians and vehicles.
