Regular Item #2
Estate“Generally for areas that, due to public service limitations or a prevailing rural character, should have limited development activities. These areas will tend to consist of low-density single-family residential lots (average 20,000 square feet) clustered around open space or large lots (minimum one acre).”
- Comprehensive Plan adopted in 2009
General Commercial“Generally for concentrations of commercial activities that cater to both nearby residents and to the larger community or region. Generally, these areas tend to be large in size and located near the intersection of two regionally significant roads (arterials and freeways). It is preferred that in such areas development be concentrated in nodes rather than spread out in strips.”
