Impact resistant gloves is not stocked due to:

-Stock maintained at vendor side

-if stocked at Senipah warehouse, then everyone could get the gloves, includingthe non-eligible one

Procedure to order the impact resistant gloves:

-Issue Contract Release Order (CRO) by SAP

-Send the CRO to the vendor by email / fax

-Vendor will send the gloves to the user (delivery time : 8 weeks)

-Contract No. 46-3428, remaining value 7,115 pairs

-Already informed to HSE Line Correspondence by email since 23 Jan 2014

4. Review the SOP 06-301 at the end of the year 2014 to reflect the reality and

the conclusion of the field trials
