Market Summary
Today 17 lbs. of used carpet is produced for every person in the United States, every year.
Used carpet is currently sent to a landfill at a cost of $0.045 per pound.
Nylon is $50 billion dollar market worldwide and the demand for recycled nylon is increasing at 8% per year.
We have no competition using this type of process. We are first to market and are patented pending.

Opportunities
Cost of raw materials - We assume no cost for the used carpet. Suppliers have agreed to provide us with 3 million lbs. per month, over a two year supply.
Running at full capacity we can only capture 5% of current local market. Every major city would need five plants. Southern California would need ten to meet current needs.
Sales- We have current offers to take 100% of all nylon fiber, pellets, and backing at our Performa numbers.

Walter Levoff. Mr. Levoff has been involved in the waste management and reclamation of textile waste since the early 1950s. He was the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Soex West, Inc., a company formed in July 2006 that purchases and recycles textiles and sells them in 78 countries around the world.
Charles Bates Mr. Bates has over 15 years of experience as a buyer of raw textile materials and a manager of textile recycling factories. Mr. Bates was the Chief Operations Officer of Soex West, Inc. and responsible for its relationships with its textile
recycling clients.
