Following in the footsteps of the liberation, you will take the road of ‘the Bocage Breakout’, of which a museum at Saint-Martin-des-Besaces tells the adventures. Travel into the heart of Normandy’s ‘bocage’ country with its landscapes alternating between pastures, forest and hills as far as the Souleuvre Viaduct. Built in the way of Gustave Eiffel, it has been converted into a centre for bungee jumping, with a high wire and giant see-saw.
