Note :-

1. PERIOD AND PLACE FOR OBTAINING RFQ DOCUMENTS: The RFQ document can be obtained

from the office of the Sr. Divisional Electrical Engineer (General Service), Central Railway, Annex

building, Mumbai CST, 400 001 on any working day from 31.12.2015 to 01.02.2016 between 10.00 to

17.00 hrs or can be downloaded from the website http://www.tenders.gov.in /

www.cr.indianrailways.gov.in. The payment towards the cost of RFQ document must be made in the

form of Demand Draft issued by any Nationalized Banks in favour of Sr. Divisional Finance Manager/

Central Railway CST Mumbai 400 001 or Cash Receipt obtained from any station of Central Railway

and same DD/receipt should be attached with the requisition of the RFQ document to this office

2. TIME AND DATE OF CLOSING AND OPENING : Prequalification bids are to be submitted upto

15.00 Hrs on 02.02.2016and will be opened at 15.30 hrs on 02.02.2016

3. PLACE OF SUBMISSION AND OPENING OF RFQ DOCUMENT :Central Railway, Annex Building,

Office of the Sr.DEE(G) CSTM, Mumbai CST, Mumbai 400001. Tender notice number should

specifically be mentioned on the sealed covers

4. If the stipulated day for opening the sealed RFQs happens to be a holiday the same will be opened

on the next working day at the same time and place.5. Bidders are requested to sign all the pages of the RFQ document and fill up the requisite details.

RFQ document should not be tampered.
